For safety and secure handling of your fragrance products, we strongly recommend delivery to your residential or official address. The Brand will not be liable for any loss or damage in case of delivery at self-pickup points (e.g., courier offices).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

Once an order status is marked as β€œIn Process,” it cannot be canceled or refunded.

In case of refusal to accept delivery, customers will be responsible for shipping and customs charges.

During sale events, international delivery may take longer than usual.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Prepaid orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be issued in the form of store credit or voucher.

Once the order status changes to β€œIn Process,” cancellation or refund is not possible.
